I am rapidly coming to the conclusion that it doesnt matter who is in power in your country or ours, there are other people in the back ground pulling the strings. Our political leaders are only there to give the people the illusion of having a democracy, making people think they have a choice makes them a more productive slave. The did away with the whips but the game is the same.
