I want to install my own GPS based vehicle tracking system, preferably one that you can put sim card with data plan in, and you can track the position of your car on a map, on your phone.
A must extras are, phone notification when the car is moving and i'm not in it
an option to cut off the engine from my phone as well
I would prefer that to be not via SMS but some app or internet based interface on the phone.

There are a lots of devices like that on the chinese sites for like $80 but since i don't know which one to choose, if someone has used one and everything is working as supposed, i'll be happy to get a recommendation.
