I would suggest you put your front plate on your car for the photo. That way if the judge asks any questions you can reply honestly - Yes, I put the front plate on my car Your Honor. My .02

Surely you're not serious!

Seriously though, you need to decide one of two things:
1) you are willing to willfully break the law and suffer the consequences (i.e. pay the tickets and be done with it) or
2) get your stuff fixed, take some pictures and abide by the law.
Don't mess around, it's simply not worth it. Downside>upside.
I drive with no front plate everyday, against the law. At some point I will get a ticket and when I do, I will pay it and very likely still not put my front plate on. To me, it's worth the $35 ticket they issue here. In fact it's worth a handful of them to preserves the lines of the car. It is not worth faking a picture or playing games with the police. Own up, or fix it.

From the previous posts, I don't think people are willing to conspire with your little scheme. However, you can put the plate on and take a picture of your own car. Then, just touch up the front windows with PS yourself. It's much quicker this way.
I live in California and have 20% tint all around, and I have BMW emblem front plate. I wish the court here accepts pictures showing the fixes like your state, but they're too smart to accept that.

Just curious but how dark was the tint, because I live in NY and we aren't allowed any front window tint but I was going to do it anyway, with 35% all the way around, but after hearing your story I might change my mind.
