Just cut back on intake of food. the less you eat, the less you weigh. =)
Let's say you intake your body burns 3000 calories a day. Just eat less of those calories and you'll be losing weight at a steady pace.
(That was just an example, not sure what anyone's intake is.)
Eat less portions and in moderation. Cut back on the excess.

Gaining weight huh?
Those diet supplement does not work due to lack of evidence in clinical trials. Do not waste your $.
The only thing will work to lose weight is cut 30% of your daily intake of calories and exercise 30-45 mins -3 times a week. You will see the result.
Especially if you do a aerobic exercise and against gravity (like Bruce Lee) you will see the result 2-3 months. Also...hate to tell you but the stomach will never be be losing weight...very hard unless you really do a tremendous amount of exercise.
Losing weight will first be your arms/legs and other parts of your body but NOT your tummy due to the distribution of your body fat.

Eating bacon everyday is not healthy or large consumptions because it will change your DNA enzymes and structure and mess up your body normal function. This has been proven in clinical studies. Eat once in awhile is good.
