I could do Saturday 10th October

So that makes the possible dates:
- Saturday 19th Sept
- Saturday 26th Sept
- Saturday 10th Oct
I?m very sorry i haven?t been that active on this forum, alot of work and alot of trackday?s with our own track club, but i still think its a great idear to make something little less formel, i can se there is some scandinavians on this board.

I think i?m avalivle on all the dates, i have great contact to severel BMW dealers bouth southern sweden and Denmark, it could be fun to meet at a dealer tale a cruise and something to eat. The problem we have, seems not important for some but its very important for others, thats the bridge or the ferry. If we agry on Copenhagen the norwegian, swede and peolple fron Finland will have to pay to get here, other than fuel, if we go for Sweden it will be tha same for Danish and Finland aswell.

What ever we do i think its best just to establish a Date and a place and se who will be there.

I have very, very good connections to BMW and Alpina in Helsingborg so there will be great possibilities to have the get together there, Copenhagen fits me well to, no problem.

What i say is that if we want to meet on a scandinavian level Helsingborg or G?teborg might be the most centrel POI, then its only the Danish that need to pay for Ferry or bridge, Well Finland also but thay have to pay anyway. I have arrange many meets and i know thats an optical for at meet that some have to pay Ferry or Bridge.

just some input :-)

Michael

I will actually be in Sweden (driving all over the place - Stockholm to G?teborg, down to Lund, over to Kalmar and back up to Stockholm) for 5 days, starting on about 22 October. I am not sure if I can swing another road trip to Sweden before that.

However, I will discuss it with my co-driver and see what she thinks.

Nice initiative Pete!

Like Narvselius I think October would suit me better. I work in Denmark and have a BroBizz so I don't care if it's in Copenhagen, Malm? or possibly Helsingborg.

I'm in Copenhagen but don't mind about having to pay for the bridge... I spend too much money on the car anyway! Or I'll just drive "PDC-red" close behind hafnia through the BroBizz gate

If October is better, then Saturday 10th Oct is the only date I can make. Does that work for you guys too?

Hmmm. The urge to join this meet is getting to me.

Once the location has been determined, I will see what I can do.

Copenhagen 10th of October could be a nice experience.

Need to get a garage for the car (and me) for the whole long weekend, though.

Would most likely drive from Travem?nde to Copenhagen, or something like that...

OK, so it looks like we've settled for Saturday 10th October

I don't know the area well enough yet to decide what location would be best for the Meet.

If stilling has great contacts to dealerships and done this before, and seeing as he was kind enough to offer, we kick this off with whatever he suggests. (I have materials from the European/Benelux Meets that I organised, which I can PM to you stilling.) I agree that Sweden makes sense as a location as its central and seems a fair compromise.

If there are no objections to this, then I suggest we get another Post set-up in the meet & greet section. Or anyone want to voice other ideas?

looking forward to it already
