Not an F-16 HUD. F-16 has automatic flaps so pilots do not call "flaps downs." F-16 does not have voice warning system that calls out altitudes. Aspen's runway is too short.

That's better... (Although I'm surprised that an F-16 can't land at Aspen -- what is the minimum runway length needed to land an F-16?)

Aspen's runway is 7,006ft. Plenty long enough for an F-16.

Bare minimum is observed at 2000ft.
