After my wife had our son, I forgot to buy her the customary gift that all husbands should do before you come home with the baby. So I bought her the e60 as a "thank you for carry our son for 9 months, and going through the agony of childbirth" gift...since then our son has grown, and she has said that she needs more room. She fell in love with the Audi, which is the reason that I got her a Q5 (she didn't want to drive the Q7 because it was too big for her)...I took the e60 as my own...

Krozi...like v_therussian said, think big and shoot for the stars...I have my MBA, JD (working in taking the bar exam to be able to practice law) and currently working on my PhD (possibly will obtain more masters' degrees and doctorates as well)...it helps that when you work for a University, one of the benefits is that they pay for your education. It's cliche to say this, but the more education you have, the more options you have in life. "Go for the Gold!" Become the next BMW CEO, and hook up your e60.net brethren! Ok....I'm done with my Tony Robbins' moment...

My story goes back to 1993...I was stationed in Germany and owned a Honda Accord. One day I got hit, insurance totaled the car and I was suddenly car-less. I decided to take advantage of the military car sales program and test drove the Saab 900, Volvo 850, and BMW 325. I just loved the BMW and ordered a 325is. In 2004, I got stationed overseas again and decided I'd take advantage of the program again and replaced the 3 series with the 5 series.

Paying back a big car loan is a great credit builder. And getting $$$ at .9 percent interest is like getting money at virtually no cost.

I've always loved BMWs since I started driving. My twin brother picked up a E30 325i back in high school and I loved it. I ended up buying a Mercedes C280 even though I still loved the BMWs. The MB was a great car that I had throughout college. Then last year I started my career as a mechanical engineer, recently single, no house payment, no kids, so I started looking and building up a down payment. I was originally saving up to get a W204 Mercedes but I had still had BMW on my mind. I realized that it would be a better move financially to pick up a CPO instead of a brand new Mercedes, but I wasn't really a fan of the W203 body style. Eventually when I got serious earlier this year, I found a 545i on craigslist, test drove it, loved it and bought it a few days later. Now working on mods
