Hello friends! Just checking in.
Hello everybody,
It has been a long while since I've checked in. I hope everybody is doing great and still enjoying their E60s/F10s
My wife has been driving the E60 for over a year now and I'm still enjoying driving the 328I convertible. The E60 is still holding up well considering its age (2006) and mileage (86,000). Just need to check out this loud exhaust sound coming from the hood when temperatures are cold. The noise disappears when the engine is warm, so I'm assuming there is either something loose and the heat makes the metal expand and fill the gap or maybe a bad gasket. Funny thing I think it started after I had the transfer case and diff fluid replaced.
I hope everyone had a fantastic holiday season and I wish everyone a great new year filled with health, wealth, love, and lots and lots of twisties for a wonderful driving experience.
