Go to the gun club, rent and try as many guns as you can in different calibers. See which one you are most comfortable/accurate in shooting. Have fun!

Sig makes the P220 for the 45 ACP caliber...in full size and compact, however it's not as popular as the P229 .40 cal. As you know, there's no better choice than the P229. I love my 9mm & .40 cal H&K compacts too. And BTW, I have two P229 40 cal, two P228's and two H&K compacts. I may be willing to sell you something. Just make sure you have a dealer willing to do transfers for you if you are interested.If you like the Glock 19 or 23 I might sell also. All have night sights above.
