And the grand finale with my first attempt at making pannini's in the center above two porterhouse steaks. The pannini's have sweet bell peppers and onions cooked right on the coals, flank steak meat as the core, some more halepeno jack cheese wrapped up in some texas style garlic toast, squished to the grill with a tin-foil wrapped brick

Edit: On my screen a picture of the uncooked chicken bob's is showing up at the bottom when it should be at the top, not entirely sure how, but ah well.

my friend. Nice wide blade to make sure the meat turns with the skewers instead of spinning around them. I bought both sets at that page, narrow ones for the steak and wider ones for the chicken.

I'll upload some picks of the rest of my BBQ tools.
