My Ride: F02 LCI Individual
Model Year: 2013
I've been there once for the new years eve celebrations.
It's awsome. So many people, the strip is closed for vehicles, even the hotels/casinos close for the general public around midnight, you need to be a registered guest to have access.

The strip gets closed somewhen in the afternoon. I don't remember the exact time, but you should be in town early, or you get stuck in traffic jam forever.
The hotels and casinos only close for the general public around midnight. This is for about one hour, so no big deal.
Can't tell you a lot about the celebrations, since I have been at the Siegfried & Roy show. We've had our celebration there and came out about half past midnight. But there are people everywhere. It's amazing.

If you're a Star Trek fan, there's a ride at one of the hotels in Vegas - can't recall which... MGM maybe?

Eat at Nobu in Hard Rock Hotel. If you are younger, you might enjoy staying at the Hard Rock, many more young people stay and party there. You might see some celebs too.

Check out the newest hotel - the Wynn. It is pretty amazing. The best shopping is probably a toss-up between Caesar's Palace and the Wynn. They have an exotic car display inside the Wynn - they have some incredible stuff there. Inside Caesars they have the new Arturo Fuente store if you like cigars - they have all the hard to find cigars there in his line and will be stocked up with some good stuff for Xmas.

Wynn, in my opinion, is the most luxurious hotel so far. We stayed at the regular Resort rooms and we have 2 flat screen TVs (one in the living room and one in the bathroom), electronic curtains etc. The only complaint I have is we asked for a non-smoking room but we ended up on the smoking floor. The ventilation system is not the greatest. We smelled cigarettes in the room. Oh... and the mattresses are too soft in my opinion. But other than that, it's a great hotel.
Don't forget to pay a visit to the fashion show mall beside the Wynn. It's a huge mall....forget about the outlet malls that are 30 miles away from the strip.

Yes, I do have two sisters. The only problem is if I were a guy and of course not related I wouldn't date them.
