70-80 percent of weight loss is the diet. So eat right and eat less portions.
I did a test on myself. (few months time)
I personally hate cardio.. so I decided just to change my diet.
I ate a decent sized breakfast, for lunch a salad all the time, and for dinner, Half of what I normally ate. (Weekdays)
I also continued going to the gym regularly and didn't do any cardio.
In a few months time, you'll see results. Not super fast, but they slowly burn the fat away. And also you don't want to lose weight real quick. You can gain that weight just as fast as you lost it.
It takes a lot of will power and dedication and i'm sure you can do it. Keep going the extra mile and hitting them weights too.
Oh, on a side note. On weekends, you can live a little, like on sat or sunday, eat some pizza, or some type of junk food. Your body will appreciate it.
If you drop all junk food/ fried food, you'll go nuts. and your body will hate you. hahaha. Theres gotta be a little balance. Just like work and life.
Good luck buddy!

Lost my weight via portion control. Eat about 6-8 times a day. Keeps the metabolism going and constantly processing. +1 for dumping the supplements. Make a behavioral change and do it naturally, results will last longer. Increase the cardio, longer duration, at lower intensity burns fat, high intensity and short bursts increase heart performance.
Cut the rice intake down (dam filipino diet
). That helped tremendously for me. I honestly eat about 1/2 of what i used to, I come back and finish my meal a few hours later. Snacks include protein shakes, fruits, almonds and nuts...just read the labels and check the carb, sugar, sodium, and fat content...

I've tried a few brands out there but found this to be the best in terms of taste and quality of ingredients. It's a little more but you get what you pay for.
+1 on all the tips mentioned above. The key to losing weight is watching what you eat and having a workout routine. It's not recommended to lose no more than 2lbs a week. 3 weeks is too short to look for alternatives. You're on the right track. JUST STICK TO IT.

Also, you can still eat rice! Keep it to 1 cup per meal. I would HIGHLY recommend getting a Men's Health or Men's Fitness magazine. There's just alot of interesting things to learn when in comes to living a healthy lifestyle.
