A funny thing happened to a person next door to my work, they were drunk and try to drive home (yeah I agree STUPID) . When she put her E60 into drive, she ran over the parking stop and messed up the control arm and other stuff, but the funny thing was that BMW Assist came on and ask if she was ok and does she need help. She replied "No I'm ok don't call for help." well they did anyways and cops came and threw her in jail for drunk driving. I bet her e60 was getting back for the damage she did to it. Be careful what you do in your car or your's might snitch on you too.

It's good that BMW thought of that which prevents us from drinking and driving (or might be killing others). This is a very good example.

I don't know if I should laugh or be afraid. I don't drink and drive ever but I just wonder what else could set of the alarm of and call the police to the scene.

As far as the operator who dispatched the police even when the occupant said she was o.k. ...Kudos. At least she had a clear mind to be able to do the right thing.

Good BMW

If one drives drunk, one deserves to be put in jail!

It's not about what happens to the drunk driver or his/her car but what
it might do others!

I love it when a plan comes together..........BMW assist must of thought of that as a good defensive plan against DWI
