looks like a 520d to me by the 'space filler' plastic cover at the front. Get a bigger engine and you wont have that problem

How does a Fox get to be that high so it goes through the grille, I would expect it to go under the car...

The car is a 3 series, and the fox must have tried to jump out of the way at the last second and impact took place while it was in the air...
