what happens if Polizei reads that U can see their plates man!!! That is dangerous no matter if not polizei made the photos I think they cud b in danger, Santiagao search the plates and negotiate w owner give u his Ferrari, deal?
Nothing

So he's a picture of a F430 and a GT. So far, so what. No speed he can proof, no "close driving" on the picture, no drivers to identify...
That's nothing the police is trying to go after (it would be different if a "real dangerous" situation would be the background).

Anyway this should not be a reason for doing stupid things....

If they read that what speed Snatiago mentionned and the full story it is like a confession

Love it!

Just wondering ..what's the speed limit there?
The wonderful thing about the autobahn is that most parts don't have a speed limit, and they're built for safe driving at speed (smooth surface, curves and grade changes are very gradual, etc.), and the left lane is for passing (you won't get stuck behind some idiot going 50 MPH in the left lane who refuses to move over!).
Is autobahn a track or freeway or what??wow i wish theres some kind of it here in the us
Autobahn is the German equivalent of US Freeways. One slight difference however - in Germany most dont have a speed limit. Before you ask, the Germans have one of the lowest car accident fatality rates in the world.
Europeans know how to drive on fast roads. For the most part, Americans either don't know or are unwilling to give up their "right" to go the speed limit or lower in the left lane. Also, we don't have many (any?) good roads of three or more lanes. Right???

I was thinking the same thing too. Your wife is as steady as an oak. It wasn't a bright day and photos still were not underexposed. At least 1/250 shutter speed to grab that Ferrari with the CGT out in front.

One thing though, do you think these two passed you with wide-open throttle? That is, did it seem they both had the accelerator pedal all the way down? How fast were you going when they caught up with you?
Let's predict their speed. Given shooter was driving 120 mph, cloudy weather, camera with no flash, shutter speed at guestimate of 1/125 to 1/60. See some blurring in the near ground, clear in the far ground.

They can't be traveling at 180 mph. You can not reproduce that photo from a standing point at a car travelling 60 mph (180-120). Unless the wife has a large lens, super digital camera (not b/c is takes a while to take the next shot), the CGT and the F430 is probably going no faster than 160 mph.

The first photo looks like the GT gained some speed over the F430 compared to the second photo. Look at the road markers.

Nice pics and great shots.

Well...nice pics of both awesome cars i would love to have in my garage. Although the CGT is faster than the 430, I would rather have the ferrari due to the demand. CGTs are not selling now thats the feeling I am getting. Here in MA at Herb Chambers and Pass & Weisz Porsche, I spoke to george who runs the porsche dealership on the building's third floor and Mark, salesman from Pass & Weisz and they say the CGTs are not really selling and I forgot for some reason. Its crazy that the red CGT in Herbs Chambers Porsche in Boston has been sitting for such a long time and they tell me that its now selling for about $380,000, down from $440,000 I believe which is a 60K drop. In contrast to that its hard to get the F430 in Boston and I heard my friend telling me you cannot get one in MA right away and there is a huge markup on those cars, so based on this I would conclude that the F430 is in higher demand now than the CGT, I am not too sure about other states though...
