Hey these are not ALL scams. 
I bought the Brooklyn Bridge last week after a very nice gentleman from New York sent me an email telling me it was available. And let me tell you, it was a lot cheaper than you would have expected too!! 
When I get the deed, you guys can all drive on it free of charge, because we're friends!!
