another tablet possibilty to throw into the mix: a jailbroken color nook. My wife has one, runs on android apps...fraction of the cost, and the size is more comfortable IMO, I've had a chance to try out the moto xoom and samsung galaxy as well: my ranking for the three, nook>galaxy>xoom....

waiting for a crack at an ipad2 next weekend...playbook a few weeks later...

I hope this is not true...but who knows??? I gotta say, I love the iPad, and having a Android phone (Droid Pro and Thunderbolt) gives me the best of both worlds...will probably get the iPad2, but am really digging on the smaller size tablets (Galaxy 8.1, etc.).

Too many toys, and not enough money to get them all...
