new iMac with led backlight and widescreen aspects, amongst other things, i just may have to pick up one to play with...

I like the new 16:9 displays and also the i7 processors... still disappointed though that you can't opt for an SSD considering the iMac is a pain to disassemble

The screen is a LED IPS at 2500res. IPS is the best display type you can get. The 30inch non LED cinema display alone is 1800, this is 1699 for a entire computer.

The mouse is touch sensitive and is smart enough to detect your two fingers.
