Well, my E60 is my 36th car - of those it's my second German car(previous one was a 318i I bought in my Sr year of HS). I have to admit, I don't think I'll ever get anything else (except maybe Italian like Ferrari, but since that is not going to happen, German it is) ever again.
36 cars... thats alot of cars...

Yeah, but you're lucky, I'd rather have had 3 cars all BMW's instead. When I was younger I had a bad habit, buy a car fix it up, get bored, sell, repeat. For me it was worse than drugs, that's why i had 12 different cars in High School alone.

2001 Audi A8 was my first european car. My first car was a 1986 Buik Skylark back to euro cars I've now owned every German car on that list this year me my wife just bought our first BMW. IMO all these German cars comes down to looks all of them are fun to drive. I agree I get mad that I can't push my AMG to go as fast as I feel she wants to go all the time cause over here the speed limit is to slow thats why I tell ppl that ask whats better a CLS550 or AMG or 550 or M5 obviously AMG or M but I tell people the 550 is good enough for are roads we really don't get the ability too push these cars like in Europe.

Krozi, how could you? A Town and Country? EESH, c'mon man you're German you should know better. For me it is the feel of the cars, the excellent German engineering, and to top it off - the distinct aroma of European leather. I have had only cars with leather since I was 17 and nothing compares to the smell of real European leather, not the Acuras, Infinitis, Jeeps, Nissans, nothing else I have ever owned.

+1 for real with the smell. I think it's the venting system they use to keep the car fresh smelling or something but it does smell diff then say my lexus

I love BMW, have/had three but they aren't the best cars overall nor are they the best at everything. I love Volvo SUVs, much better than the X series, I like Mercedes for mid sizes sedans, BMW for sport sedans and Porsche for the 911 BUT I like some American stuff too, like my SRT8, beautiful engine, great truck.
