I use WebEx video conferencing all the time for my office. It's great. Very easy and straight forward, to use. When you log-in and set up the call, it will ask you for all the imformation for each participant (mainly email address'). It's self-explanatory. It will send out each person a notification/reminder, as well as, the dial-in numbers and passcodes. You can then decide throughout the conference if you want to make someone else the lead, which passes the reigns on to them, should they want to present a few slides when you're done. It's very easy. Enjoy!

The best thing you can do, is log-in and set up a "dummy" test, just to get familiar with the interface and the various options. It's really pretty simple.
1. Remember, anytime you're working from and essentially sharing your desktop be certain there are no icons, wallpaper, or shortcuts you wouldn't everyone to see.
2. Trial run before hand so you become familiar with the application - don't let your first time out be with a client or customer.
3. Be certain the invitee is also comfortable with the application and isn't faced with constraints in his/her computing environment that would block them from entering the conference.
4. A simple 1,2,3 "how-to" note along with the invitation might help if you are inviting someone to a conference who is techno-averse.
