Iam one as well, slash work with devolpers etc locally...

Myself, few others are looking to invest in the states, primarily Cali, maybe other areas as well I suppose, looking to pickup some good deals on some homes... forclosures, deals and so forth... Anyone with some info? help? I dont know where to start....

I am a Realtor in Long Island soon to move into the city. The best thing I can tell you is go on loopnet.com is for commercial stuff you can find good deals on a lot of various properties. Propertyshark.com is a great website to find out tax info, mortgage, demographics, and comps in the area. HUDforclosed.com is a good website as well. I sent you a PM.
