i listen until i get sick of the news, then switch to sports. what gets me is the tons of ads in between segments. ugh.
by the way, if your'e in the bay area, don't forget about 511 - you can do voice commands to check on traffic in real time.

I listen to AM about 50% of the time. I like the AM sports talk shows here in Los Angeles, plenty of good insights about sports and very entertaining. The sports jocks here are real funny. More specifically "XTRA Sports" 570 and 1540 "The Ticket". They make my drive in traffic a little better.
