Apologys firstly for the dumb question but have never upgraded the lights on the car yet so a total newbie, for the price we get 2 lights and the cable to make it work is that correct?

This Group Buy is probably not going to go anywhere. I'll open and new smaller Group Buy to allow you to get some benefit of the discount. However the discount is not going to be as much as the previous Group Buy.
