Hopefully by now people know how this Group Buy is designed to work.

----------------

The way it will work is as follows. The Group Buy will run until we have the number of people interested or if the time runs out. That way if we don't make the number of people then everyone still gets a discount depending on the number of people who have joined and paid.

The selling price of the V6 to this forum is likely to be the same as the V5.1 i.e. ?250 GBP.

So starting at ?250 GBP for every person that joins the Group Buy the price will drop by ?5 until the price gets to ?175 GBP (16 people) at which point the Group Buy stops. So this is your chance to save a massive ?75 off the price of the V6.

This kits are exactly as they will go to retail but will not have any fancy labels or packing - all the stuff that you pay for but get no value from.

This Group Buy will end on 31st May 2009 unless the Group Buy has already reached the maximum discount possible because 16 people have joined AND PAID.

The Group Buy is only valid for UK members as I will be providing FREE UK shipping which is included in the price. I will be invoicing people via Google Checkout and the invoice will be in GBP only. I can accept Cheque or Bank Transfer too.

--------------

I have also negotiated a great deal on the LCI lights themselves. If we get atleast 6 people from this Group Buy interested in the lights then I can get the lights shipped direct to you from Germany for 355 EUROs. Payment is directly to the seller Heiko Bauer [heiko.bauer@VR-Web.de] via Paypal and I'm making nothing from this. That is about ?313 for the set delivered to you as comparted to ?450 for a set from the dealer.

So if you sign up to both then you're looking at saving of over ?210 on the package.

---------------

So best to start list and put the current value of the item next to their name and if you want the tail-lights too. The first person to sign up will have to pay the full ?250 GBP but then every person joining after that will start putting the discounts on.

The moment I've been waiting for - I'm in for the taillights as well !

1. jas_r_1 (?250) + taillights for €355 as long as they are original OEM lights

The V6s are completely solid state, use the heavier duty resistors and so should last longer. Relays break down over time and also because they have a moving arm can cause an error when they are switching. The V6s are inside metal enclosures which have better heat dissipation.

But I've always said if you have a working cable and are happy with it, don't change it.

We obviously do not have too many Brits on this forum, who are interested in upgrading their lights. Please feel free to invite your friends from other forums to the Group Buy as well. If they are not interested in signing up to the forum they can contact me directly, but I wish they did sign up to the forum to make this a better place.

Have you tried on BMWLAND.co.uk?

Thats not a forum that I visit but would be happy if someone posted something there to tell people about this offer.
