I was disppointed with the fit as well. The curvature of the mirror cover did not match the curve of the housing. I should have returned them, but I won't now since they are on the car. On the left cover I had to trim it with a Dremel and on both mirrors after installing the screws I had to force the carbon fiber cover to match the curvature of the mirror, duct tape it and then epoxy the inside to hold it in place. Also disappointed that the pathway lights are not held in with clips like on the factory covers but just friction fit. After all the work to get them in they look "okay" but the edge of the CF on one side still doesn't line up very well with the rest of the mirror.
Since they are now epoxied to the car and I have invested about 2 hours in making them fit, I have deemed them to be "good enough" and will not return them, but would not recommend to others.

I'm sorry for the how the products turned out guys. Feel partially responsible since I initiated this group buy. I'll check with Kevin to see what he can do.

Tony, when you shoot with your camera... put it in macro mode (the flower icon). That way the mirrors (foreground) will be in focus rather than your shoe rack (background).
P.S. Your front wheels look like they could use some spacers!

What you don't like my shoe rack?? Yeah, I'm not much good with a camera.
And yeah, I've been thinking I need bigger spacers. I already have 15mm on there but at some angle they look okay. We'll see.

thanks for ur help tony, not ur fault. we agreed together to go in on this as a group.
anyhow, i dont have any pictures because i took them off when i tried to fit them. so i rather not have them on.
But the pictures are very similar. Mine has the exact same gap and the sides...
oh well, lets see what we can do...

Kevin got back to me with 3 options.
1) Return your items for full refund
2) Exchange them for replacements. You'll have to send your parts to him first. He said he'll test fit the replacements first to make sure there are no problems before sending them out. I asked that he has to commit that they are a perfect fit.
3) A 50% refund if we keep the current pieces. Jump on this Westcoast M5!
I'm probably going with option 2 or 3. If I do option 2, I will probably pay for new replacements and get them shipped to me first so I can just do one swap instead of doing it twice. I've heard the mirrors are easy to break when you do this and they aren't cheap.
