I was able to work out a group buy with MyProjectCars for the carbon fiber lower mirror covers for the M5 mirrors.

The advertised price for this item is $250 but they're offering it to us for $190 shipped for a group buy of five or more orders. They currently only have the black CF in stock but there's a chance they'll get silver in later.

They take payment via wire transfer or credit card through Paypal. If you use Paypal, please add 4% of the $190 price for service charge. They will take individual orders and ship directly to you guys. If the item is in stock, it should take a week to ship from Hong Kong to the US.
