No. Rizbel took it upon himself to fabricate the foam spacer. It's not needed at all. The scoop works fine without the foam spacer.

V2 is in R&D and will be completed by this weekend. Hope to have V2 shipped out by next week or week after.

It could be a mounting issue. I wont know until I get the test car dropped off to me tomorrow. If that is the case, I would just type out new installation instructions.

BMC filters are on the way from Europe. Should have some available by mid-November.

There is indeed. A 645 was just fitted with the V1 scoop a few days ago. V2 will be available within the next couple of weeks for the 545/550 and 645/650 models.

645i scoops are available and in stock. Gains are 3.5-5whp (scoop only). Expect another 1-2whp with the BMC filter.
