. I'll move mine to the original position and put a piece of rectangular aluminum sheetin place of the tape.

The footprint (errr, profile) is not that great, but figured I'd ask, any impact to the engine cooling?

Foam Spacer
Wedge spacer under the lift.
Position scoop.
Use longer self-tapping screws.
I gorilla glued hard foam between back side and diagonal support rod.
Voila!
