Would be nice is someone came up with a plug-n-play kit for the 12V, ACC etc like the Dension to make it 100% Plug-n-play. I remember in the Tv2nav thread, people didn't agree with which power source one should use.
I'll keep checking this thread for progress, very interested.
Thanks

Sorry if I'm repeating what you said, but besides power connection, everything else is plug-n-play? signal etc? ACC I'm assuming is accessories switch?

When I installed the dension, I spliced into the 12 volt.
The best power source would always be located in the fuse box. I would get the power from there but u can always find other power sources elsewhere.

Does this come with the same kit as tvnav2go?/
I'm all for it, if you can post a DIY. I'm not that good, but i can get things done. so let me know i might be interested.

there has been DIY posts for the tvnav2go. I dont have a DIY as I do not plan on installing one in my car. It's for both navi and non-nav cars. If you don t have navi, it's great since u can integrate aftermarket navi and maintain factory look!

If the $400 is just for the video interface, it's not worth it. I got mine off of eBay for $350 from audio_navi_part store:

i am not sure where that item is. It may be made in China. This item is made in Korea. When it comes to tinkling with the idrive, i'll only get the best quality ones.
