The shipping number I was emailed has never shown me any progress at all past May 20, and I had to go to the German site to submit it. Your news above is nice to see.

I do think these shipping number issues need to be sorted out if you're going to continue doing business with him, Bruce. It can be very frustrating.

Here's what I see:

20.05.09 10:24 Departure from outward Office of Exchange in Country of Origin

If all of this is actually "normal" then I think the customers here in the US need to be told that. If I knew in advance to expect two weeks for delivery, or whatever it ends up being, I'd be fine, kwim? As with many things in life, it's the not knowing that ...

It's probably my fault...Heiko never specified his method of shipping, nor did I ask....I just asked him for the price with shipping...Come to find out, its sea freight...Hence the reason why we haven't seen progress...But are stuff should be here soon....It all depends on customs...The only way to track the shipping is through the german site of dhl...If I would have known what I know now, I would of tried to get an air shipping price....My bad, first time buying international...Sorry guys....

Well, the good news is that I know it's on it's way and when the lights are installed it will be easily worth the wait. Your minor mistake is easy to understand. Live and learn ...

I was excited to learn that the US 7series uses the amber turn signals instead of the red. This leads me to believe that the all new 5 will as well and I'll like having that visual connection to it. After sitting in and walking all around the newest models I know I'm going to like the new F10. I'll just have to wait at least 12 to 18 months to let them work out the areas they'll undoubtedly want to improve/update.
