I was alerted that one of you received this PM:
Did anyone else receive this too??
I find this curious.
First, if you're trying to do a "PSA", post publicly and cite facts.
Second, I have not seen any reports of failures, but only positive ratings that these were the best set out there for our application. I would NEVER have gone to the effort to conduct a GB to provide folks a deal on ANY unsafe equipment; much less use it myself.
So...come out, come out wherever you are, Mr. Hk44765...if you what you say is accurate, I'm totally willing to scrap this and return any deposits I've received.

here is what I read.
Wasn't trying to discourage anyone. Just thought I'd share. Mileage may vary with experience.

I haven't asked RD, but you can be sure I will prior to the order. (as well as the power-coat color)
I will say, though, after reviewing that thread, it seems limited to NON-X-drive cars; specifically, M5's. I also noted that the individuals whose front bars failed were all modifying/tinkering with their suspensions regularly. I'm not trying to minimize their experiences or assume shortcuts were taken, but in my experience, changing suspension geometry without loosening everything on a rack and then re-tightening everything on the rack is a recipe for poor performance and likely failure.
With that said, if anyone who's made a deposit feels apprehensive about proceeding, please let me know.
Thanks, Jeff
