pumbaa and 04tl,

Would it be possible for you two to let us know how the readjustment went? Do you guys like it better now (both ride height and comfort)? Also, did you guys receive a replacement parts from John?

I have not received mine yet. I had exchanged couple e-mails with him last week and was told he would ship out replacement parts by Friday (Mar 22nd) to everyone or at latest following Monday (Mar 25th). As of today, I have not heard anything.

Not being able to drive for almost a month does suck and is concerning. Hopefully John will send us a replacement parts soon.

I just got an update from John. He said everything is ready to be shipped and it will go out tomorrow. Hopefully those of you who had installed already will get it soon!

Not being able to drive the car has been rough but i wasn't concerned. John from CKS has been in contact with me the whole time and explained to me what was going on. I have to say that his costumer service has been great. Ive been modding cars for 16 years now and been through it all. Its nice to deal with a professional business man like John. Looking forward to getting my new parts and getting the suspension dialed in.

I do agree with your comment about John's customer service. One day I had a lengthy chat with him about the customer service and his motto about it, awesome person to deal with.
