Installation will be identical to the 1.0 version as far as removing the OEM part...which some people can do without removing the headlight, but most need to loosen the headlight to create some clearance. The trick is to use a tool that you can create some leverage to get the OEM part out. Once you have it out, the V2.0 iBright is much easier to install to its Plug&Play connector and ergonomic shape.
Also, as far as the brightness question, yes they are brighter, but they are not blinding or anything like that. They will look better in direct sunlight, but will not be a eye soar.

As one of the original 1.0 group buy members I have to say that your advertising stating that you are a worldwide leader doesn't mention anything about you definitely NOT having world class service. We will end up spending another $99 for a retrofit to our 1.0's, not an exchange.
