E60 Sat Radio Question

hi guys thinking of getting a Cic setup on the cic unit it says sat radio HD

is this built in to the unit or will i need other modules to make the sat radio work?

i hve Lci ccc unit in my caar at the moment and after market gps

also does it use the standard aerial or i need no get a different aerial
