You should be getting invoice (or slightly over) anyway. But the lease rates of 0.00220 are wayyyyy to high. Adds over $100/mo more than you should be paying.

There's also a holiday manufacturer discount of $1500.

the discount has been offset by the increased MF.....

And, I think, a decreased residual...

My deal, calculated in the summer, was about $3 a month cheaper than the current "holiday promotional" deal with the $1500 cash back (used to reduce the cap cost.)

yup, luckily my MF dropped and residual stayed the same, so I'll be benefiting from this holiday credit

So i went to Niello bmw today and started to talk to them about a car... and he was trying to sell me on the BMW Select purchase vs a lease....any thoughts? he said you dont have to pay for mileage and that your payment is typically less than on a lease. He also said im getting 0.9% for this. But what happens after the three years when the term is up and you are upside down in the car? is this a bad idea?

It's like a balloon loan. I don't get the purpose of it - you're on the hook for buying the thing after 3 years.

In general, if you're thinking about keeping this thing for more than 7 years, then it might be a good idea to buy it.

In my opinion, though, most people don't purchase German luxury cars due to expensive long-term maintenance and repair costs. Japanese....Yes; German....No

For me, I lease all my cars for business tax purposes.
