it could be a lot worse. the new e class mercedes is a step backwards to my eye. this isn't so much backwards as sideways. i like what they did with the hood surfaces, but i hate how new cars have such a high leading edge on the hood to meet euro safety regs. it still looks like a 5 series, but i wonder how well it will age. i hated the e60 when it first came out, but now think it's gorgeous. the fact that this one is ok may not be a good sign
i'm sure plenty of members of this forum will find ways to make it look more interesting
