My Ride: 2008 535i: June 6th start build, complete June 17th, at NY Port July 5th, at dealer July 10th, took delivery Friday July 13- Plantimum Bronze/Natural Brown Leather/Light Poplar, Sport Package, Sport Auto, Active Steering, Premium Package, CWP & PDC. Dinan Performance Software 384hp & 421 ft/lbs.
I think it looks better than the camo car made it look.

I've been thinking about this too ... I have read tons of complaints about it being too plain and boring, but we've only seen the base models with chrome trim except for the heavily covered M5's. Side note: I parked next to a brand new Mercedes E yesterday ... Want to talk about a boring, stodgy design? There you go.

..with that I say "history repeats iteself". We all remember the transition from e39 (??) to e60(??). Now look how much we enjoy and like the e60.
