very nice! thats what we drove on the M DE, quite well balanced, just a big difference inside as compared to the M6, but very nice...which color combo??? i like the e93 actually and nearly went for one b4 i got the M6, and i still may!!

DCT is quite fast so you should spend some time in one to decide, i luv shifting, just hate clutching (in NYC anyway!!!)

...did you see this months Roundel and the Dinan beast??? damn that is a sik M3, though the at that price range im not sure i could justify unless i was a racer!!!

also, i get Motor trend for years, in last months update of their long term e90 M3, editor at large notes that the M3 may just be the best all around car in the world (period)....not bad words at all...

I think the published number is very conservative, my guess is it will be right under 5sec. With some modifications, we'll have a F10 550i vs. E60 M5 discussion

man, Just a JB fully loaded f10 550 @ Center BMW...have to say it looks much better in person...

the 550 was equipped with 311's...they look similar to 128's, the fact that they are chrome just kills the look, they'd look better in brushed alum IMO...

sorry no pics, I was on the phone and could not take a pic...I know, fail

Nice, very nice, but those flat tips suck. Tips need to be round. Ever see an Indy or F1 with out of flat tips? Tips need to be round. Exhaust gasses don?t like to be squeezed!

Fornicate a foul! AKA fvck a duck.

while the exhaust tips might be round, looks like the section 3 piping is still round:

Drove F10 550 this weekend too. Could not get rid of déjà vu feeling. It was like I am back into 2004 driving then just released 545. At that time I owned a 2002 540 Sport, which drove like a small, noisy, fast tank. Compared to it, the 2004 545 was bigger, smoother, faster and more luxurious and this is exactly how 2011 550 feels now compared to my 2010 550, plus it feels a little heavier.

I may be wrong but I do believe that 2010 550 was intentionally made too sporty, noisy and rough to make people really like F10. I remember when I've got my 2010 550 and put 17 inch snow wheels, my first though was - this thing feels just my old 540, just faster. Now, with standard 19 inchers back it still feels very much like E39 with more power and rougher ride. Go figure!

Anyway, as I expected, I really, really liked how F10 550 drove and it looks very modern too. Compared to it E60, even with M-Sport package, looks fat and old. F10 also comes with much bigger i-Drive screen though the software seems to be the same as on 2010 E60.

Does anyone know if the F10 comes with Air suspension as the same as F01?
The reason ask is that i had a F01 and the height was quite high and the only
way to lower it is via Links. Try looking for the specs in the brochure but nothing!
The F10 has the same Dynamic Driving Controls as the F01..wondering if it has the same
suspension. If so NO Coilovers will ever me made for the F10.
