BORING AND CONSERVATIVE
Looks like a big 3er which is the most conservative car BMW ever made until this 2010 5er. I have leased 2001, 2004, 2008 5 series. I am not going to do the 2010 5 er when my lease is up. It will either be keep my current BMW 550, lease a Porsche or Audi. Why lease such a conservative BMW 2010 5er that looks like a conservative 3 series or a Japanese or Korean copy of a BMW? MY 2008 MY 550 looks ways way more advanced and innovative than the the F10!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Remember when BMWs were never, ever beat in head-to-head comparisons in any car magazine test? It happens everyday now. Just look at the comparison tests of the F01 against 4 - 7 year old models from Merc and Audi. It's really painful to me to see what's happening to our brand.

I thought that the F01 was hammering the competition.

Boring and conservative . . . just like the E39 - probably the best and most successful 5er ever (and certainly the best car that I ever owned). I really don't care all that much about the car's looks. I'm hoping that the new 5er goes back to its roots - the hands down leader for driving dynamics of its group.

Maybe its time for BMW to wake up and realize that competition wasn't sleeping all these years.
