Aside from combox are there any other enhancements/improvements to cars produced after sept?

My Ride: My ex-ride: EU '08 LCI 520dA. Space Grey, Sport Seats in Black Leather/Fabric Anthracite, Sport Steering Wheel, A/C with Extended Features, Hi-Fi Speakers, Cup Holders, Cruise with Braking function, Folding Rear Seats, Xenons, Park Distance Control.
It's a good build from the beginning. I have no compains after the brake in (2,000 km's)
now 3,000 km's.
Before the brake in the car felt a bit stiff on bad roads and the 8-speed autotranny was
a bit hursh in 1st to 3rd, but all that is now gone, without any gargage visits.
