possibilities for a 520i Turbo?

hi All,
Many of you are wondering why I am interested in a 2.0 Turbo Engine on the F10, but the fact is, but since 2009 the import duty for cars above 2.0 ranges from 436% up to 850% if above 4.0 Liter. And even 520d is a great choice (200% duty) , our quality of diesel fuel is pretty bad. I am wondering if any of you know if BMW will offer a 2.0 4 cylinder Turbo engine in the near future? Also resale value on Diesels in this country is pretty bad, people here still thinks Diesel means UN Toyota trucks.
