MPS Package? emergency vehicle marked?

Hi there

Looking at some used f10's for sale from the dealer.

Noticed that the equipments lists Emergency vehicle marked and MPS package.

Does anyone know what this is?

Seems to me these used BMWs were previously ordered / sold as police / emergency purpose cars. A selling dealer (in the UNITED STATES) is required to disclose such use ... doesn't the UK doesn't require laws

for the protection of consumers?
