I have to admit... Nothing really jumps out at me. It certainly is missing something, and I really hope that isn't the end product... Wheels are ok, but not big enough. Suspension is too high, and the M Kit is nothing special either... Come on BMW, we KNOW you can do so much better than that!!

Several weeks ago, I got to thrash around a brand new E350 in the canyon roads in Malibu. I went on some of the most hellacious twisties in the greater LA area. I drove the car for 4 straight days. It was a rental and I drove it like I stole it. The new E sucks in the corners.

I am sure that the E63 would perform much much better but the non AMG E Class cars suck when the road turns twisty. Tons of body roll and numb steering. No fun at all. Can't hold a candle to the 5 Series in the handling department. Unlike an Infiniti M with sport package, the non AMG class E class cars are not even close to the 5 Series in handling.

But the new E Class sure does look nice to me and has a better sound system/nav than the 5 Series.

Yeah, I haven't driven either but I was going from a looks standpoint. Whenever I see a car there is a feeling I usually get that something about it stands out. When I first saw the 5 series when I was 13 at the auto show I knew I had to have it one day and the design stuck out to me until I was able to buy one. And I still am in love with how they look even seeing one drive down the street as I drive mine, it still turns my head. I just don't get the feeling with this design at all. I will say I do like the rendering of the white m5 but thats just a rendering and it may not even look like that. I really like the way the new e-class looks and it usually turns my head when I see one on the road. Maybe I just have to wait to see a f10 modded but as of right now its kinda boring looking to me.
