its funny but when the cs debuted they were all like "this could be what the new 7 series looks like" and "they might just bring this car to production to fight the cls merc" then the 5gt debuted and my absolute first thought was "ah thats what they did with the cs concept" not in a negative way or anything i really didn't think to much of it but it was my first thought. i cant believe that im the only one...

The CS Concept looks like it has features that are too advanced for our time. It's such an abrupt change from the traditional BMW styling, I dunno if we can handle another one like the E60. It seems all the new cars like the Z4 and the F01 share so many similar features, it reminds me alot of Acura and that shield and Chevy making their cars have similar frontal aesthetics. Someone posted a pic of a mako shark, and the cars look alot like it; the have the pointy tip that protrudes out like a schnoz. Atleast the E60's front tip had a gradual protrusion, where it was followed the curvature of the car. These new ones have their fronts sticking out like a jet, and in a bad way.

My biggest hope is that the prototype F10 crashes heavily on the way the jelly mould shop, shaping it probably into something we can all love a little more.

It seems the F10 will be more of the BMW tradition of "Evolution, NOT Revolution" with this bodystyle!
You look back twenty years and you see now signs of how the F10 has anything that's a throwback to the E24. An evolution should be a gradual digression from it, but this one is just completely different from the E60 and everything before that.
