I can def see the similarities between the series, although I really do love the look of the F10

im sure its a beautiful car.
Just gotta get used to looking at it.
I though the f01 was ugly at first..

It does look a bit like the 3 series though.
Just wait till it hits the showrooms!

Wait, you dont have an E60. WHAT ARE YOU DOING HERE

Yeah, it is hard. Now the E60 is officially old. But again, I like my E60 better than the much anticipated F10. Maybe when i sell me E60 and in the future i buy the F10, ill probably admit its nicer

I'm a bit surprised to my own reaction to this car. While I didn't like any of the renderings, while the real thing looks very close to the latest renderings, I kinda like it.
Not everything, but it definitely looks like a BMW 5 from much more angles. Little details that were missing in hte renderings really made the car look so much better, and I think once we see it with M-tech kits (or similar) and in different colors, it should be stunning successor to the E60.

Well, I like it. It's a good looking car.

The only issue I see is that the 3,5 and 7 have essentially become one sausage available in three different lengths - they're substantially similar from a design perspective. The E60 always stood out from its brothers, maybe the line is now a little too homogenized?
I agree about the issue. The F10 definitely ties its brothers together. Maybe thats what BMW is going for... I wish it still stood apart from the pack, as far as looks go.

Might as well call it the 357i.

Its really a nice looking car. I test drive the new 750 and they almost look identical, interior setup and exterior shape. Not to crazy about the over sized kidney grilles. The twin turbos were nice, updated iDrive was nice especially the navigation. Lets hope no HPFP issues with TTV8.

It seems to me that the 3 and 5 series are trying to be like their big brother. What happened to individuality. My 2 cents.
