Frank5er....what wheels are those?
Just got these couple of days ago. It's called Vertini Hennessy in 20s. Believe it or not I bought these because I had to wait 6 weeks for my custom made wheels, now I'm falling in love with it!

Not really feeling it, the grill is not as large as I was expecting, I do not like the large grill on the new 7. The grill is also too squashed vertically. Maybe it needs to be less rectangular. The headlights make it look like its high, or droopy, maybe squinting.
As zerocool said earlier, the bumper does look like the joker smiling.
Also, the front air dams (?), at the bottom, where the fog lights are housed, do not match, but thats probably just a photoshop error.
Just my 2 cents...

I saw the tail end of one the other day, it was on some local streets and it was going in a totally different direction as me so I couldn't catch it to snap any pics :\ I thought the back looked.....ok...i guess....

Quite a few negative opinions on the wider grill. That's the way ze Germans are going though. Audi did it a few years back with their wide-open gaping fish mouth look. Mercedes have done it too. I think it looks good in the flesh on the Z4 - it makes it look more grandiose like it's a Z5 or a Z6 rather than merely a Z4. I bet we all like it when we see the final version up close and personal.

Speaking of which, they're getting worse over at Audi. Check this one out, it's ridiculous.

So what's that under the RR tire - did it squash a seagull or something?

Warning--->My Rant;
The big ugly nose look is the reason I swore off of Audi's. Personally, I hate it. Letting a grill be the predominant style feature, to me, shows a lack of creativity. I hope BMW keeps theirs under control.
