My Ride: Mini Cooper
I like the car but the inside is smaller than our E60  but the car is 1" bigger than E60.
The tail lights is 1000 time better than the 5GT.
The interior is much better than our E60.
The boot space is abit smaller

My Ride: BMW E60 530i , Silver with leather Air Con iDrive 17" Breyton Rims with Dunlop Sp Sport tyres (M-Tech Bodykit and rims WANTED)
Alfa Romeo 147 TS1.6 , Black with Air Con 17" Multi Spoke alloys with Bridgestone RE040 tyres
Toyota MR-S 1.8 VVTI , Lagoon Blue with Red leather Air Con 15" standard alloys with Toyo tyres
Toyota Celica 1.8 VVTI, Lagoon Blue, Air Con, 16" Standard alloys with Kuhmo KU31, EBC Green Stuff
My thoughts about the F10:
Interior:
-The design is great but the space inside is disappointing,
-the boot is narrower than our E60, the front and rear space are almost idenitical to our E60.(I feel narrower actually )
-The cabin quality is great compared to my pre-LCI E60, but not huge step forward for those LCI E60 users
Exterior:
-The F10 is much better looking than 5GT, it looks like the XL size of E92 coupe at the back.
But sorry, it still not growing on me, the sales told us we will get used to the new look of BMWs as the time past,
but the main point is, if its a good looking car, why we need to get used to the look? That is somthing should tell instantly when you see a good looking thing.
The car feels dull in real, maybe better on the road. I dont want telling myself and say it is a good looking car, it looks dull and boring.I know there are loads of F10 lovers out there, its just my personal view
To sum up:
-F10 looks very conservative, but it might sell well because it is easier for everyone's taste
-the option list is long so it will be more expensive than our E60
-the interior is great, but the cabin space is "very" disappointing especially when you know they are using the same platform as F02.
Cheers
Keith

I disagree on this:
"but the main point is, if its a good looking car, why we need to get used to the look? That is somthing should tell instantly when you see a good looking thing."
Our old E60 about 90% of the ppl did not like it in the 1st 2 years of it being out.
Then as time pass ppl become in love with it.
So I say for this 1 its the same. after 2 years when 3rd party starts to bring out body kit and what not then ppl will start to like the boring look which I agree abit.
I just hop the Mtech for the F10 is more sporty than the 1 on E60

When compare the "Build your BMW" from www.bmw.co.uk I found that the F10 with same options added, costs a bit less than E60. There is no Dynamic Drive (or Adaptive Drive) option available on the F10 anymore, perhaps it's become "standard" on the dynamic drive control, not sure if this is optional extra though. There is an EDC option available from the Build your BMW section.
I have been peek into other E60's cabin and found that the Comfort Seat on my car did occupy more space when compare with a standard seat, i.e. a standard E60 has a bit more leg room for the rear seats. Did you see the demo car equipped with comfort seat option?
All in all, I think I will be living with my LCI for an extensive period of time unless the F10 LCI do some awesome breakthrough. A 100KG+ additional weight for each F10 model doesn't pose a plus on handling IMO.

I agree the F10 looks very conversative but you will have to accept it after a few years time. The new M.Benz E class looks odd but then after a few years time I might find it appealing.

When the E60 came out, it instantly caught my eye despite people keep saying it is ugly.
The E60 Looks innovative to me when it came out, and i believe people will change their views as the time past.
but F10 looks dull to me, and i got a weired feeling it will not win my heart.
The demo car is equipped with comfort seat i believe, but i am not talking about the leg room here, the whole atmosphere feels clammped, it is due to the 3D dashboard design perhaps.

Thanks for sharing Pingy, but I'm the founding member of the Triple B Club
Interior looks nice though. Not surprised it feels smaller - BMW's interiors are always kind of a snug fit. I actually like that.
