There will be incremental gains in both and I'd expect much more attention to those than the N63 for some time.

As much as I hate the extra weight of the F10 and the handling bias towards comfort, I have to be fair and state that the two tests did not have equivalent tire types.
Te E60 had Potenza RE-050A, which is from the Max Performance tires category, while the F10 had the Goodyear Excellence tires from the Grand Touring tires category. This alone might have a considerable effect on the skidpad G-forces and slalom figues.
Having said that, I think that both cars equiped with same tires would achieve the same figures.
In conclusion, it took BMW a total of 7 years....... yes, 7 years, to be able to achieve the same figures![Smile](https://5series.net/forums/images/smilies/imported/smile.gif)
I wish my car wasn't so reliable, at least then I would have found a reason to buy the F10.
