Whenever these predicted pictures of upcoming models come out it is always a mixture of the current model's design with elements of the latest models Photoshoped in with it. In this case they have taken the E60 and added elements of the most recent BMW models that have come out (E90 and some elements of the E70 X5). They have taken the X5's tail lights and shaped the edges to look like a mix of the E60 and the E90 lights. Most of the time the end product does not look the same as these pictures, especially this far in advance.
