I did Euro Delivery. I picked up my car on July 13 in Munich. I ordered it in June. Do I count as a June or July sale in those numbers?

I sort of agree - in part because the 5 series sales figures reported here include left-over E60 sales plus the GT (probably only about 100-150 of those). And I also agree that this is lackluster because the E-Class kicked the F10's now-skinnier ass with unit sales of 5,462 in U.S. during July (2010). Ouch.
Way back when the then-somewhat-controversial-E60 debuted, sales in October, 2003, totaled 2,840 (6% higher than E39 sales in Oct 2002).
And last month BMW reported 5 series sales of 3,865 units (F10s, E60s and GTs). So I would say that F10 sales are merely OK so far ... not off to a great start.

believe or not - your car (as with any other euro delivery) accounts for 2 cars sold - one in Germany and another one in the US. This is the reason why they offer additional discounts on euro deliveries..

Cars at a dealer are owned by the dealer so they will probably show up as sold cars (for dealers stock or for showroom) in BMW statistics.

ding ding ding
I'm waiting until 2013. By then the 2010 models will be priced right and I'll have about 160,000 miles on my baby 530!
